About the Owner
Andrew Jeffrey
Andrew is originally from a small town in Iowa. A son of a contractor, he learned the ins and outs of the industry at an early age. Doing a tour in the Navy on a Submarine, Andrew quickly realized the importance of attention to detail and doing the job right the first time. Andrew and his wife Amanda live in Wheaton with their three kids: Lila, Logan, and Levi (that is where the business name "L3" came from!).
